libgcrypt20-dbg software package provides LGPL Crypto library - debugger files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcrypt20-dbg
libgcrypt20-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcrypt20-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcrypt20-dbg *
You will get with libgcrypt20-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
